I can resist everything except temptation

I abandoned the part 2 of the below “Around the Town” posting. I edited the story as it's just one part.

On that second part I was going to write about the watch seller enticed me to buy another watch. It looked so good. English writer Oscar Wilde wrote “I can resist everything except temptation”. That’s exactly how I felt. The temptation of getting a second watch was so great.

That day I smiled the biggest when I walked out from the watch shop with new different Citizen model worn on my wrist. This one is a Promaster Tough, model PMT56-2732.

Two watches for me. That's enough. That's luxurious!

I don't blame you, Vannak or Thom. I don't know which is your first or last name. Forgive my unfamiliarity witht the Cambodian name. May I tempt you with another brand of watch which may interest you. It's the Seiko Premier Kinetic Auto Relay Perpetual Calendar. When fully charged, which is by kinetic movement, you can leave it alone for 4 years. Have a good day, Vannak. I mean Thom.

After seeing your advertisement of the Citizen Eco Drive, I did a little research and discovered its price is much cheaper than its competitor, Seiko Kinetic. Tempted by the price, combining with the fact I don't have to wear it everyday once fully charged, I picked one up at an incredible price. Thanks for sharing info. on Citizen Eco Drive.

I have done more research into Seiko Kinetic models and I'm growing more fond of it. The reason is, Kinetic models can store energy for up to 6 months. The newer, Kinetic Auto Relay can reset itself after 4 years of non-movement. Another words, you can put it away for 4 years and it just resets itself to where the time should be now. I'm going to invest in one of these Auto Relay models.

I still have not been able to get my hand on the Seiko Kinetic yet. However, I have added another Citizen Eco Drive to my collection due to the fact I was tempted by the price and the look. This time, its all titanium Corso Collection Model BM8120-56E (two tone gold color bezel). I wanted to pointed out to you, Vanak, I did not give you the correct model number in my previous posting. My first one was also a Corso collection, model BM8082-53P (gold tone).
